Mamonde Rose Water Toner

The Bulgarian roses used in this Rose Water Toner are gathered from the village of Turia in the Valley of Roses of South-Eastern Bulgaria, where the harvest period only lasts a measly 30 days (May 15th to June 15th).

Name: Mamonde 마몽드 Rose Water Toner 로즈워터 토너
Price: ₩ 15,000 for 250 ml
Made in: Korea

Although high temperatures are typically used, Mamonde went for low temperature and high pressure conditions to minimise damages due to heat, thereby maintaining the integrity of the rose hydrosol (a by-product of the steam distillation process). 90.97% of the Rose Water Toner consists of this hydrosol, while solvents, emulsifiers and preservatives make up the rest.

The first thing I noticed was the beautiful scent. Some may find roses cloying. As for myself, nothing makes me happier than to smother myself in this stuff from head to toe. Well, each to their own! I noticed that my skin was getting better at retaining moisture after a week or so. Even the area around my nose, eyes and forehead have ceased feeling tight and stripped.

I have been floundering no thanks to my dry skin because I was not prepared for this to happen - I have always suffered from oily skin, so this is a whole new ballgame for me. I think it is safe to assume that rose water is the remedy for a lot of ailments, between its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, moisturising and soothing properties.

This infusion doesn't curb oiliness or mattify the skin in any way, but it is soothing and calming and provides the refreshment that I need in this hot and humid weather. In fact, my skin feels strangely moisturised after using it so every now and then I have been skipping moisturiser altogether!

Fancy the sound of it? This 250 ml bottle is priced at RM 85 on lazada.com.my.

The full ingredient list for Rose Water Toner:
Damask Rose Extract, Butylene Glycol, Propanediol, 1,2-Hexanediol, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Tromethamine, Ethylhexylglycerin, Disodium EDTA, Fragrance, Purified Water, Sucrose, Rosehip Fruit Extract, Indoleacetic Acid.

Althea Green Tea & Rose Real Fresh Skin Detoxer

An exclusive collaboration between popular Korean TV programme Get It Beauty and Althea, the Real Fresh Skin Detoxer is a dual-purpose facial cleanser-slash-mask (cleansing mask for short) formulated with botanical extracts (such as oat, artichoke and amaranth) while steering clear of nasties (including but not limited to mineral oil, sulphates and silicones).

As a second step cleanser, I leave this skin remedy on my clean (and dry) face for 10-seconds. Then I add water, massage the resulting lather in circular motions for a bit and finally, splash it all off.

As an intensive mask, I do the exact same steps as above but I let it sit for 10-minutes. Yes, 60× more - ample time for the ingredients to work their magic and also because I refuse to let it sink down the plughole so quickly 😳

There are two variants:
◆ Green tea
6,000 ppm Jeju green tea leaves and extract help rid the skin of impurities.

◆ Rose
3,400 ppm Grasse rose petals and 1,000 ppm rose water tackle dullness and roughness.

Proceed with caution if your skin is on the dry side. Don't leave them for too long - your skin could feel parched afterwards. You want to be a juicy grape, not a raisin!

They lift my mood (love the smell!), and at the same time, give me healthier, fresher and clearer looking skin. They are such a joy to use that this time-starved urbanite reaches for them even after hitting snooze once too many. To purchase, go to my.althea.kr. Only RM 43 for a 150 ml tube!

Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate, Acrylates Copolymer, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Glycerin, Pentylene Glycol, Piper Methysticum Leaf/Root/Stem Extract, Melia Azadirachta Leaf Extract, Phellodendron Amurense Bark Extract, Melia Azadirachta Flower Extract, Coccinia Indica Fruit Extract, Solanum Melongena (Eggplant) Fruit Extract, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Pteris Multifida Extract, Cynara Scolymus (Artichoke) Leaf Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Flower Extract, Ocimum Sanctum Leaf Extract, Ulmus Davidiana Root Extract, Amaranthus Caudatus Seed Extract, Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root Extract, Corallina Officinalis Extract, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Powder, Methylpropanediol, Butylene Glycol, Polyquaternium-51, Beta-Glucan, Betaine, Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol.

Mamonde Moisture Ceramide Light Cream

How was your weekend? I spent mine sorting out my chest of drawers, and realised I had yet to review the Moisture Ceramide Light Cream, which was sitting at the very top. Well, no time like now to share the love.

Name: Mamonde 마몽드 Moisture Ceramide Light Cream 모이스처 세라마이드 라이트 크림
Price: ₩ 29,000 for 50 ml
Made in: Korea

This little pot contains hibiscus and ceramide to fortify the skin's moisture barrier to help hydrate, strengthen and soothe. The light variant is ideal for the warmer months as well as those suffering from a case of the oilies.

While it may not fend off dry patches (that is what the Intense version is for!), it holds up well throughout the day. It is creamy and luxurious and my skin just drinks in the entirety of the blob given to it.

It has silicones, so if that's something you like in a primer, you can skip a step and get away without a primer. Although it does leave my skin feeling the slightest bit tacky, it doesn't cause foundation to slide around.

There is a very pleasant scent to it – mostly floral (with a hint of clean freshness) - which helps to lull my senses. And put me back to bed. Anyway, I digress. Find the Moisture Ceramide range at all Mamonde beauty counters and lazada.com.my for RM 131.

The full ingredient list for Moisture Ceramide Light Cream:
Water/Aqua/Eau, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Squalane, Dicaprylyl Ether, Cyclopentasiloxane, Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane, Sucrose Polystearate, Cyclohexasiloxane, Glyceryl Stearate, Myristyl Myristate, PEG-100 Stearate, 1,2-Hexanediol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Fragrance/Parfum, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Glyceryl Caprylate, Tromethamine, Ethylhexylglycerin, Xylitylglucoside, Disodium EDTA, Adenosine, Anhydroxylitol, Sorbitan Isostearate, Xylitol, Glucose, Hibiscus Syriacus Bark Extract, Tocopherol, BHT, Stearyl Behenate, Sucrose, Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Hydroxypropyl Bispalmitamide MEA, Inulin Lauryl Carbamate, Acrylates/Stearyl Methacrylate Copolymer, Tremella Fuciformis (Mushroom) Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Xanthan Gum, Polysorbate 20, Rosa Canina Fruit Extract, Ceramide NP, Indoleacetic Acid.

Mentholatum Tsum Tsum Face Masks

Fans (or even non-fans) will go gaga over the Tsum Tsum collection by Mentholatum. I am a HUGE fan, so I died a little inside when these masks showed up. They are nice to look at and they also improve various skin ailments; nothing not to like about them!

Dull and fatigued condition... I use the Honey Revitalizing Face Mask (RM 7.90 for 22 ml). It harnesses the power of honey to soothe while tranexamic acid and vitamin C brighten, leaving my skin refreshed and energised.

Dry and sensitive condition... I use the Lavender Soothing & Hydrating Face Mask (RM 7.90 for 22 ml). Drenched in hydrating superstar hyaluronic acid and enriched with calming lavender oil, this sheet mask gives my face a boost of dew-like moisture within minutes.

Flaky and dehydrated condition... I use the Rose Deep Hydrating Face Mask (RM 7.90 for 22 ml). It is missing standout ingredients the others have; but even unadorned, it has a hydrating dream team of four sizes of hyaluronic acid molecules to boost moisture levels in one application. My skin laps it up, taking on a plump and pillowy appearance.

Oily and clogged condition... I use the Tea Tree Oil Controlling Face Mask (RM 7.90 for 22 ml). Stuffed with a suite of potent actives the likes of witch hazel, tea tree, heartleaf houttuynia and coix seed to effectively cut down excess oil and unclog pores, thereby keeping my skin smooth and clear.

Available at Watsons, Aeon Wellness, Caring and SaSa, the Mentholatum Tsum Tsum collection includes fruity lip balms, hand creams, as well as face washes.

Mamonde First Energy Serum

The World Cup has taken over my life (I have eyebags hanging down to the floor) but my passion for beauty products is still alive and kicking. So, while I am in between matches, please let me introduce you to the Mamonde First Energy Serum.

Name: Mamonde 마몽드 First Energy Serum 퍼스트 에너지 세럼
Price: ₩ 28,000 for 100 ml
Made in: Korea

81.31% of the First Energy Serum is harnessed from 'Flower Vinegar' obtained via natural fermentation of the honeysuckle flower over a year via a technology known as Floral Biotics. Along with antioxidant Lactobacillus, this first serum will keep the skin healthy and less susceptible to external aggression.

It has the freshness of a toner with the nourishment of an emulsion. Because of the thicker consistency, I apply this booster like how I would apply a serum: I use my fingers to gently tap it in.

There is also an Essence variant, which is lighter and more suitable for those with combination oily skin. Although the Serum version is recommended for those with dry skin, I think all skin types will benefit from this - I certainly do, and I have sensitive, dehydrated skin. My post on the Essence is fairly old now but still pretty much represents my view, is here.

Intensely fragranced, this could seriously overload your senses – it is not to be used if you prefer your products to be of the scent-free variety. Both First Energy products retail at RM 112 each and can be purchased at Mamonde's beauty counters.

Note: 0% GST prices.

The full ingredient list for First Energy Serum:

Mamonde Calming Hydro Sleeping Mask

The Calming Hydro Sleeping Mask features a magical mix of calendula petals blended with centella, aloe vera and cucumber extracts to calm skin and lock in moisture.

Name: Mamonde 마몽드 Calming Hydro Sleeping Mask 카밍 하이드로 슬리핑 마스크
Price: ₩ 18,000 for 100 ml
Made in: Korea

I was immediately taken by the hygienic double-lid and the inclusion of a spatula. I also definitely appreciated the cheery orange hue of the jar and the sweet, floral scent, which strangely enough, is not overpowering, but in fact quite pleasing.

The gel formula makes for a fuss-free application. I slap on a thick slab to benefit from an instant cooling effect and leave it on overnight to allow the ingredients to get to work. I wake up to a smooth, dewy canvas that's ready for makeup.

Ideal for those who want something a little lighter, this mask leaves zero traces behind, which makes it eminently suitable for those with oily combination skin types. I certainly won't say no to having a residue-free pillow case!

Fancy the sound of it? This 100 ml jar is priced at RM 80 at all Mamonde beauty counters as well as 11street.my and lazada.com.my. If you are looking for something more intensive, may I recommend its sister, the Enriched Nutri Sleeping Mask, also at RM 80 for 100 ml.

Note: 0% GST prices.

The full ingredient list for Calming Hydro Sleeping Mask:

The Ordinary EUK 134 0.1%

I added The Ordinary's EUK 134 0.1% to my cart once I read that it 'regenerates itself to offer round-the-clock antioxidant support'. Seriously, how amazing is that?!

Name: The Ordinary EUK 134 0.1%
Price: US$ 8.80 for 30 ml
Made in: Canada

EUK 134 mimics two natural skin enzymes: superoxide dismutase and catalase. These enzymes dismutate superoxide radicals and break down hydrogen peroxides to harmless molecules, consequently preventing free radical formation. The Ordinary claims it to be one of the strongest antioxidants, especially in the 0.1% concentration they use.

Like Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3% (reviewed here), EUK 134 0.1% leaves an oily residue that doesn't go away no matter what I do. Unlike Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3%, EUK 134 0.1% doesn't play well with acidic solutions, so I would use anything with an ingredient that niggles me at different times of the day or week. Y'know, just to make sure they don't cancel each other out.

Reassuring brown hue

As usual, it is hard to judge its efficacy because it doesn't show immediate results (aside from smoother skin) but I am confident that future me would thank me for being so diligent with preventive skincare. Fingers crossed that I won't have much to repair and reverse!

For those who find the consistency hard to swallow, you can dilute it with Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA, 100% Plant-Derived Squalane or any of the moisturisers you have on hand. Buy at theordinary.com.

The full ingredient list for EUK 134 0.1%:
Propanediol, Ethylbisiminomethylguaiacol Manganese Chloride.

Sulwhasoo Overnight Vitalizing Mask EX

The Sulwhasoo Overnight Vitalizing Mask EX harnesses the power of White Mulberry Extract, Walnut Extract and Hyaluronic Acid to deliver nourishment and reinvigorate the skin during sleeping hours.

Name: Sulwhasoo 설화수 Overnight Vitalizing Mask EX 여윤팩
Price: ₩ 52,000 for 120 ml
Made in: Korea

This creamy (think moisturiser!) mask forms a barrier that feels both comforting and protective. It feels rich but there is no heaviness to it at all as it doesn't clog the pores up. The other wonderful thing about this mask is the faint gingery herbaceous scent.

I haven't seen any adverse effects from this nor have I seen any improvements... it has been four months of on and off use, and my skin looks the same as always, which is a complete 180 from what other users have experienced.

Reviewers mentioned that it is incredibly effective and, and they also noticed overnight results. Maybe it is because mine is the EX version (supposedly an upgraded formulation)? I did a comparison and found that it contains far less botanical ingredients than the version without EX tagged on it.

Without any outstanding benefits, it falls into a want, instead of need category. Get it if you have got moolah to spare. Otherwise, stick with some others like Laneige's Water Sleeping Mask.

The damage on this one? RM 180. It is sold at a number of places including Mid Valley Megamall, Pavilion, Sunway Pyramid and Suria KLCC.

The full ingredient list for Overnight Vitalizing Mask EX:
Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Squalane, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, DI-C12-13 Alkyl Malate, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Glyceryl Stearate, Cyclohexasiloxane, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Paeonia Albiflora Root Extract, Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Extract, Polygonatum Officinale Rhizome/Root Extract, Lilium Candidum Bulb Extract, Rehmannia Glutinosa Root Extract, Honey, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis (Licorice) Root Extract, Morus Alba Root Extract, Juglans Regia (Walnut) Seed Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, C12-16 Alcohols, C12-20 Alkyl Glucoside, C14-22 Alcohols, Dextrin, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Stearic Acid, Ethylhexylglycerin, Alcohol, Xanthan Gum, Carbomer, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Extract, Trehalose, Tromethamine, Palmitic Acid, Polysorbate 20, Polyacrylate-13, Polyisobutene, PEG-100 Stearate, Phytosteryl/Behenyl/Octyldodecyl Lauroyl Glutamate, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Hydrogenated Castor Oil Isostearate, Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance.

The Ordinary Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3%

Over the past several months, Deciem has come under fire over its never-ending string of missteps. Right now, I have decided not to dwell on the negative, but to focus on the positive: the Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3%!

Name: The Ordinary Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3%
Price: US$ 7.90 for 30 ml
Made in: Canada

I apply this antioxidant solution in the AM, because I read somewhere that antioxidants should be applied before the skin would be most vulnerable to environmental sources of oxidative stress; examples would be UV rays, air pollution and cigarette smoke.

I use three drops for my face and neck after my serum, and before my moisturiser. Sometimes (fine, most of the time, heh), I skip my moisturiser and reach for my sunscreen straight away. The fluid and silky texture is somewhat silicone-like, and will leave a film on my face no matter how long I massage it in or let it sit.

If you can look past the initial warming sensation and the scent (I am not bothered by it whereas some say it is off-putting), it has the potential to work wonders; well, more so on drier skins, and I think it would help too if you are based in a temperate climate. Do note that I have combination skin and I live where it is sunny all year long.

I haven't noticed anything extraordinary happening, but I figured that I am getting ahead by using it preventively. In years to come, I will hopefully reap the payoff for my perseverance with a healthy complexion that is free from textural irregularities!

There is a chance that it will cause irritation, so I would recommend patch testing first to see whether it works for your skin. Find it at theordinary.com for US$ 7.90.

Propanediol, Resveratrol, Ferulic Acid.

Hada Labo Blemish & Oil Control Hydrating Lotion

Take a stand against overactive oil production and restore balance to the skin with this anti-inflammatory and astringent blend of hatomugi, houttuynia cordata and chamomile flower extracts.

Name: Hada Labo Blemish & Oil Control Hydrating Lotion
Price: RM 64.90 for 170 ml
Made in: China

I use this easily absorbed lotion morning and night by patting over skin with clean fingers, or a cotton pad if I am in a hurry. I try not to make a habit out of it because it is wasteful, but sometimes I just can't help it, haha! I love how effectively this lotion deals with my oily skin yet leaves it looking dewy.

The plants give it a subtle herbal fragrance, while the menthol content invigorates. I pair it with the matching foaming wash (RM 42.90 for 160 ml) and together they make quite a difference. This range is pH balanced, free of colourant and mineral oil.

Find them at all leading pharmacies nationwide.

The full ingredient list for Blemish & Oil Control Hydrating Lotion:
Water, Butylene Glycol, Alcohol, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Squalane, Triethylhexanoin, Methylparaben, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Tranexamic Acid, Disodium EDTA, Menthol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Camphor, Coix Lacryma-Jobi Ma-Yuen Seed Extract, Houttuynia Cordata Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract.

Trilogy No.15 Limited Edition Beauty Oil

Simple is as simple does. Just look at the golden accents on the amber glass bottle! ❤

Name: Trilogy No.15 Limited Edition Beauty Oil
Price: NZD$ 42.99 for 30 ml
Made in: New Zealand

Trilogy's blend of oils including rosehip, cherry and baobab (in addition to twelve other precious oils from around the world) helps repair the skin's barrier and protects the skin against free-radical damage.

This lightweight treat is quick to disappear imparting behind nothing but silky smoothness. For once, an oil without a greasy glow! Four drops will do the trick for the face and neck; I doubt you will end up like an oil slick even if you drizzle more, but let's not risk it.

It works miracles overnight, leaving plump, well-rested skin in its wake. I use it after I dab my serum and then either leaving it at that or, if I need extra 'oomph', following after a moisturiser.

This oil is fragrance-free, apart from a woodsy musty note, which will delight those who are averse to fragrance in their skincare. For those who are new to oils or even old hands; this one is tailor-made for you. And if I must nitpick on something, it isn't quite as satisfying to apply as other oils - I simply cannot get a good massage going with it!

If you can find it, scoop it up! I heard that the brand may even bring back this oil due to popular demand, so keep your eyes peeled. I bought mine for RM 108 at TNS Skin Lab.

The full ingredient list for No.15 Limited Edition Beauty Oil:
Adansonia Digitata (Baobab) Seed Oil, Macadamia Ternifolia (Macadamia) Seed Oil, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernal Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Coco-Caprylate, Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Seed Oil, Ribes Nigrum (Black Currant) Seed Oil, Prunus Avium (Sweet Cherry) Seed Oil, Lycium Barbarum (Goji Berry) Fruit Extract, Pongamia Glabra (Karanja) Seed Oil, Aleurites Moluccanus (Kukui) Seed Oil, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Oil, Carica Papaya (Papaya) Seed Oil, Passiflora Incarnata (Passion Flower) Seed Oil, Pistacia Vera (Pistachio) Seed Oil.

Mamonde Brightening Cover Watery Cushion SPF50+ PA+++

The spring cleaning bug has invaded. I have been furiously purging, scrubbing and organising. Me taking a break by reviewing my brand new Mamonde cushion is an attempt at staying sane throughout it all.

Name: Mamonde 마몽드 Brightening Cover Watery Cushion 브라이트닝 커버 워터리 쿠션 SPF50+ PA+++
Price: RM 90 for 15 g
Made in: Korea

This cushion delivers a cooling sensation during application, as if it is dousing my skin with moisture. The matte finish was a surprise; I thought that it'd be more luminous with a name like Brightening Cover Watery Cushion.

Well, to its credit, the coverage is rather considerable - it dials down the bits that I can't be bothered by (redness, discolouration and such). For things that really vex me, for example, chronic dark circles and severe hyperpigmentation, this alone won't cut it.

Now on to the part where I have to throw shade: the inclusive waterfit puff causes the cushion to pool in pores, cling to dry patches and look cakey. I can't even begin to describe how horrifying it was to see myself in the mirror!

After a couple of false starts, I had the sense to apply this cushion with my own sponge applicator. Guess what? All of these problems disappeared!

Discard the puff and use something else. It is more trouble than it's worth.

I featured shade No.21N Medium Beige in this post, but I am more of a No.23N Natural Beige. If you are looking for a cushion for the warmer months, then you could do a lot worse than this one. Find all five shades at all Mamonde beauty counters as well as 11street.my and lazada.com.my for RM 90.

Mentholatum Lano Soft

Lano Soft from Mentholatum has flown straight into my very short list of beauty faves!

Name: Mentholatum Lano Soft
Price: RM 19.50 for 3.8 g
Made in: China

Unlike what its name suggests, Lano Soft isn't purely lanolin based – it has got extra bits and pieces added in, like jojoba oil for its balancing properties and argan oil to nourish and regenerate.

Not only does this lip balm provides serious moisturisation, it also lends my puckers a whole lot of shine. It is still hard at work hours and hours after my initial application, and it even perseveres against a cuppa and my incessant lip smackings. It is so lovely that I have completely forsaken my other lip balms (sorry guys!)!

For those who aren't sensitive to lanolin or any of the ingredients listed below, please do give Lano Soft a try. This subtly fragranced lip balm costs RM 19.50 at all leading pharmacies and major supermarket outlets.

The full ingredient list for Lano Soft:
C10-30 Cholesterol/Lanosterol Esters, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Phenyl Trimethicone, Ozokerite, Polyethylene, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Microcrystalline Wax, Lanolin, Linalool, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract.

IOPE Bio Essence Intensive Conditioning

Bio Essence Intensive Conditioning promotes skin turnover, and that will in turn bestow smoother, clearer and brighter skin. Armed with Bio-redox α™ (an antioxidant) and bio-enzymes to optimise skin condition, this boosting product means business.

Name: IOPE 아이오페 Bio Essence Intensive Conditioning 바이오 에센스 인텐시브 컨디셔닝
Price: ₩ 60,000 for 168 ml
Made in: Korea

For those wondering, use this product right after cleansing and before toner, lotion, skin or whatever you call it. The volume markings on the bottle serve as a guide on the amount to be used each time and from personal experience (to be explained below), I wouldn't skimp just to save some dough.

At first I wasn't impressed because it didn't do anything of note. A few months later, I came back, and I finally saw its worth. My face has a good, elastic bounciness by the next morning if I dab it on at night. But why didn't this effect materialise the first time around? I was using too little! So peeps, again, be generous when you shake it out!

It is recommended (I certainly vouch for this method!) to apply it with the inclusive cotton pads to maximise absorption.

This 168 ml bottle is encased in frosted glass, which is befitting of the hair-raising ₩ 60,000 price tag. Now, my butterfingers won't be happy but at least my sense of aesthetics will be pleased (thank goodness for silver linings!).

The full ingredient list for Bio Essence Intensive Conditioning:
