IOPE Bio Essence Intensive Conditioning

Bio Essence Intensive Conditioning promotes skin turnover, and that will in turn bestow smoother, clearer and brighter skin. Armed with Bio-redox α™ (an antioxidant) and bio-enzymes to optimise skin condition, this boosting product means business.

Name: IOPE 아이오페 Bio Essence Intensive Conditioning 바이오 에센스 인텐시브 컨디셔닝
Price: ₩ 60,000 for 168 ml
Made in: Korea

For those wondering, use this product right after cleansing and before toner, lotion, skin or whatever you call it. The volume markings on the bottle serve as a guide on the amount to be used each time and from personal experience (to be explained below), I wouldn't skimp just to save some dough.

At first I wasn't impressed because it didn't do anything of note. A few months later, I came back, and I finally saw its worth. My face has a good, elastic bounciness by the next morning if I dab it on at night. But why didn't this effect materialise the first time around? I was using too little! So peeps, again, be generous when you shake it out!

It is recommended (I certainly vouch for this method!) to apply it with the inclusive cotton pads to maximise absorption.

This 168 ml bottle is encased in frosted glass, which is befitting of the hair-raising ₩ 60,000 price tag. Now, my butterfingers won't be happy but at least my sense of aesthetics will be pleased (thank goodness for silver linings!).

I bought this recently because I've tried a sample size and it worked well. My skin texture definitely improved and my skin became brighter. When I tried the full version, I got bumps on my skin especially on the sides of my cheeks. Disappointing. I'm stopped using it for now but will get back to it after a month or so, hopefully it will work. Haha
