Boss Bottled starts off with Apple, Lemon, Plum, tinged with Geranium, Cinnamon, Clove, and warmed with impressions of Sandalwood, Vetiver, Cedarwood and Vanilla. This versatile combination is as contemporary and relevant today as it was at its launch in 1998 - it has truly stood the test of time, becoming an established part of the Man of Today's daily routine.
It smells strangely feminine at first and then gradually develops a masculine tone. I am guessing that the fruity notes lent a hand in fooling my nose? I usually am able to discern these things in a heartbeat. Nahh, I am kidding, haha! I have never managed to pick up different notes successfully, but even I am usually able to tell apart gender based fragrances.
