Rohto-Mentholatum recently signed Kim Jae-Kyung to endorse its LipIce range. Kim began her career in 2008 and is best known as the leader of K-Pop group Rainbow. "Kim Jae-Kyung shares many similarities with the LipIce brand. She is a classic Korean beauty with naturally beautiful lips and she exudes a youthfulness which is exciting to leverage on. The LipIce Sheer Colour ensures 10-hour moisture with Argan Oil, Beeswax, Shea Butter, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Meadowfoam Seed Oil and Aloe Extract, whilst smoothening fine lines with Commiphora Mukul Herb Extract. Aside from all those juicy ingredients, it also contains antioxidant Vitamin E to protect the lips against damaging environmental elements.
Designed to work like magic on the lips, the newly upgraded formula glides on clear and changes to a natural sheer pink unique to the individual in just a few seconds. This means a fuchsia berry shade, for all colour changing lip products inevitably turn into this unbecoming shade once on my lips.
If the colour was a little more me, I would never part with it for it instantly pulls together a look; the colour payoff of a lipstick but the sheen of a hydrating balm. The other thing I really enjoyed about it is the strawberry milk scent - it is yumminess personified! Sorry, the inner child within is making herself heard loud and clear, haha!
