PMD Personal Microderm – International

Whoa! This gadget means serious business. I am typing this with a face I can only describe as new. To be fair though, one would expect a product that costs US$ 181 to be nothing short of spectacular.

Name: PMD Personal Microderm – International
Price: US$ 181
Made in: Vietnam

The Personal Microderm is supposed to give the results of an in-office microdermabrasion, which I can't attest to because I never got to experience it myself but I can safely concur that it gives similar results to a facial at the salon.

It resurfaces the skin to provide unparalleled softness and smoothness. It is a million times better than a scrubby exfoliator and the outcome last longer too! At least a week passes by before I think about picking up the tool again. Then again, I am scarily eager to maintain this effect so I do tick down the days till my next session.

One other benefit is that skincare products is able to fully penetrate the skin's many layers, increasing their efficacy up to 20 times more than usual. Finally get to unveil the maximum potential of that US$ 100 serum, eh?

Go through the instructions and the video attached to the kit before you start and nothing untoward should happen. Needless to say I was careless, hence ending up with suction bruises on my jaw and temple. They healed within a week and were easy enough to cover with a concealer so they weren't much of a bother.

I would love it even more if I didn't have to spend US$ 17/bimonthly on the discs, but I feel it is a worthy investment given the incredibly positive effect the Personal Microderm had on my skin. Oh well...
