I knew that ever since its conception, Collagen Moistfull Cream was a cult favorite, but I didn't know just HOW popular it is... the peeps at Etude House Korea said that a jar is sold every 10 seconds!
Even Onew from SHINee brought it along for his vacation in Krabi, Thailand.
Collagen Moistfull Cream has a gel like texture that is literally brimming with moisture. It nourishes the skin without feeling heavy. There is also a cooling effect upon application, which is the norm with water-based products.
It smells quite strongly of plumeria. Not everyone will relate to this scent, however I enjoy it, and the scent makes massaging the cream all over my face a relaxing process.
It is said to contain Natural Marine Collagen Extract and Baobab Tree Extract which apparently have moisturising properties. A closer look at the ingredient list reveals an abundance of silicones which lends to the silky smooth effect.
I was duly impressed when I noticed my skin actually feels slightly plumper when I was washing my face a few days after I started using the cream. Surprisingly, all that silicone did not impede the active ingredients from showing results.
I would recommend Collagen Moistfull Cream for younger skins and to people living in hot, humid climates. You might want to think about making a switch to the Enriched version when fall comes along because by then, regular will be too light.

I never tried the cream from this range, but I love the eye cream. it's very moisturise
ReplyDeleteI always see this on Sasa but never tried it myself. I think the gel texture of this would be perfect for the summer when you don't want to wear a heavy face cream.
ReplyDeleteO_O I remember this was the one that Minho gave to Sulli in their drama "To The Beautiful You", haha! I didn't know it was also one of their best-selling products. The sound of all that silicone sounds a bit >_< to me though.
ReplyDeleteWow this sounds amazing! Do you think it would be ok for use in non-humid climates?
ReplyDeleteHi LauraLeia! I love Minho but I cringe at his acting, which is the reason I refuse to watch To The Beautiful You.
ReplyDeleteIKR? Too many silicones in the formulation!
Well, if you recommend this to someone living in a hot and humid place, I think you are speaking directly to me. :) I also love the floral smell of plumeria, so this product sounds great.
ReplyDeleteThis looks pretty amazing! I'm always looking for a good cream w/ collagen so I may need to give this one a try. <3
ReplyDeleteOMG! A bottle in every 10 seconds? That's like...A RECORD? I've never tried this but I'm impressed by the results :))
ReplyDeleteIs it wrong to say that I´ve never encountered this product before?? At least now I know :) Thanks
ReplyDeleteI haven't used this brand before! If this woks I would like to try it for sure :) I will try to find it out here in Belgium! Thanks for the review :))
ReplyDeleteLooks great! I love creams that have a cooling effect on the skin.
ReplyDeleteI never tried this cream but it looks like a great product. I highly doubt if it's avaiable here. Great review though! xx
ReplyDeleteI've yet to try a collagen cream. Maybe it's a good idea to start now. Thank you for this review.
ReplyDeleteHi MizzJ! It'll be good for summer.
